Predominantly because unfortunately this place kinda sucks now plus, you know, all the scum bag scammers and their fake key offer bullshit but i digress.. ..Rest assured that to circumvent this if you do make me an offer and i decide to take it i will be contacting you first on your linked Steam account. Once you accept you will be dropping your key first before you get mine. If you don't like this rule you are most likely a dishonest piece of dogshit and thus feel free to go and fuck yourself! "Trades" allows two Indiegala users to exchange game serial keys with one another.
It's possible to carry out a "Trade" for games bought on Indiegala, with both keys that have been redeemed or not.
In the case that the serial key has NOT been redeemed, the "Trade" is 100% guaranteed. Therefore, if the serial key should not work, Indiegala commits to provide a valid key.
In the case that the serial key has already been redeemed, or has not been bought on Indiegala, the "Trade" involved is NOT guaranteed. Therefore, Indiegala is not liable for providing a valid key.

Carrying out a "Trade" for a game is simple, just follow these guidelines:
a. Create a "Trade"
- Access you user profile and go to "My profile"
- Browse the "Trades library"
- Click on "Create new trade"
- Insert a title for your "Trade"
- In the "Trade game" section choose which game you want to trade (guaranteed or not guaranteed).
- Add a description (optional)
- In the "Select up to 4 games" section, select up to 4 games (guaranteed or not guaranteed) that you wish to receive in exchange
- Select the duration of the Trade
- Click on the save button

b. Making an offer for a "Trade"
- Go to the page www.indiegala.com/trades
- View the desired "Trade" by clicking on the image of the game or by clicking on "Read More"
- Is possible to make an offer in three different ways:
1. by clicking on the "Place your offer" button found under the games in the "Requested games" section
2. by clicking in the "Offer games from your library" (guaranteed serial key offer) section
3. by offering a non guaranteed serial key.
In the latter case, it is necessary to insert the steam url of the game in the "Offer a valid Steam serial key you own" section, insert the serial key that one wants to offer, and click on the "Place your offer" button.

c. Managing "Trades"
- Access you user profile and go to "My profile"
- Browse "Trades in progress", "Trade offers" and "Trades completed" to follow the "Trades" created, remove offers, or receive the keys exchanged.

Guaranteed Trades:
Indiegala guarantees the authenticity of serial keys obtained through guaranteed "Trades". That is, Indiegala commits to substitute non valid serial keys.

Non guaranteed trades:
Non guaranteed trades are created with serial keys that have already been redeemed or not bought on Indiegala.
A user that accepts a non guaranteed offer or trade assumes all responsibility should the serial key fail to work. Once the trade is completed, he will be able to leave a positive or negative feedback about the user with whom he carried out the trade.
